Welcome to Lexy Franchise Family. From the Moment you open the doors of your new Lexy Franchisee, we provide you with expert support advice and assistance – everything you need to run you Factory with complete production setup and feel in control and comfortable in you new Lexy Franchisee Unit.

Training & Development

We realize that as a Lexy Franchise Partner you may have had minimal business and retail experience. As one of Lexy’s new disciples, you will receive extensive advice and training to enable you to spread the good word of Quality Interior Products at low cost.

Before you commence trading, you and your people will be required to successfully complete the franchise partner training program. This training program comprises:

Hands-on Experience:

You will be invited to observe and lend a hand within a production process in our factory, working alongside with one of our accredited franchise trainers to see and learn how a Lexy Franchisee Factory operates.

Interactive Classroom tutorials:

You will attend lessons dedicated to teaching you about how to successfully manage your business.

Established Systems and Procedures:

You will receive training and documentation to help recruit, motivate, manage and retain the best staff whilst minimizing wages and operational costs.

Online Communication:

To maintain communication between all Lexy disciples we have an easy-to-use online training and communication system. This OTCS is used by all our franchisee and staffs of the Lexy family.

Once the Franchisee Factory is operational, you will receive further on the job training and continual ongoing support from your dedicated Business Development Manager.

Management & Finance Advice

Through our Operations Department, we are able to assist you with all aspects of running a successful business. We monitor your franchisee business performance and provide support and guidance with respect to business planning, production planning, marketing planning and as and when required, we will initiate special trainings, on short falls in any of these functional areas.

During the year, our Business Development Managers regularly visit our franchise partner’s factory to provide ongoing guidance and advice to help their business succeed.

We publish key performance measures for franchise partners to compare their performance against other stores to help identify and drive improvements where necessary.

Human Resources

Our team, through quality service and expert advice is what makes the Lexy Franchisee’s Customers receive quality interior products and services at low cost. We will share our systems and procedures in recruiting, performance management and payroll management with our franchise partners to enable you to build and retain the best team possible.

Operations

Supporting factory operations is the bustling centre of our franchisee support network. You can be rest assured that access to experts in all facets of factory operations are only a phone call away.

We have documented our systems and procedures for the smooth operation of a Lexy Franchisee Factory within our operations manual. As a Lexy Franchise Partner you will receive a copy of this manual, along with comprehensive training and support to ensure you are able to confidently run your business in accordance with the operations manual.

Lexy insists on providing a safe working environment for all its and its franchisee employees and customers. Franchise partners will receive training on quality control for safe practice on production in accordance with relevant regulations and legislations to ensure that all workplaces are safe and hazard free.

With our in-house experts taking care of chemical formulation, machinery assembling, tools preparation and machinery procurement through centralized warehouses, as a Lexy Franchisee you will benefit directly by being part of a collective which is designed to maximize buying power and reliable source quality supplies on the best possible terms.

Technology:

With our decades of experience in printing on different materials, we have fine tuned the chemical formulations, machines, tools and quality standards. We strictly emphasis on the use of Lexy Technology as such, for the smooth running of our Franchisee’s Factory. 

We have complete guide and manual to use each of these machines, tools, chemicals and accessories.

Strict manufacturing practice will ensure quality and timely production.

Online Ordering:

Most of the stock supplies for your factory can be ordered conveniently online and is dispatched from Centralized warehouse.
