throughout India without over-saturating the market and we are actively seeking
locations that are in of such Quality Interior Products.
The
Location of our Franchisee Factories is crucial to our success. Our
Franchisee’s are located in selected industrial sheds and prime places near the
city which meet the Lexy standard of excellence.
Our
property team identifies and assesses location opportunities, taking into
account such as easy reach, raw material availability, transportation facility,
labor availability, rent and so on.
Projects
Our
Projects team will assist in the development and build of factory setup from
concept to completion. The team is comprised of a combination of internal and
external consultants including designers, engineers and project managers.
The
team will inspect that all approvals have been obtained prior to handover to
meet local authorities’ requirements, Occupational Health and Safety, building
regulations and Lexy Standards.
This
means that you, as a Lexy Franchise Partner will own a fully operational
production setup complete with all items from equipment to packaging, ready to
begin operation.
